My Story
From personal struggle to purposeful passion, my journey as a nutritionist and fitness coach began with my own quest for healing.
Once trapped in a cycle of chronic lifestyle disorders like PCOD, hypertension, anxiety, back and neck pain, migraine, sleep disorders. I discovered the transformative power of yoga, exercise and nutrition. Through consistent practice I regained my physical strength, my mental clarity and emotional balance.
Now I am dedicated to guiding others on their own paths to wellness. With a deep understanding of the intricate relationships between body, mind and soul.
