Your likes and preferences, routine and lifestyle will be kept in mind while preparing your diet chart. Weekly follow ups will be taken, where your weight progress and difficulties, if any, will be taken into consideration for preparing next plan
Q. What Type Of Foods Do You Give In The Diet Plans?
I believe that all foods are good foods, and moderation is the key to success. So, I believe in giving everything in your diet .You can prepare food based on your regional recipes.

A healthy eating pattern is one that provides enough of each essential nutrient from nutrient dense foods,contains a variety of foods from all the basic food groups, and focuses on balancing calories consumed with calories expanded to help you achieve and sustain a healthy weight.
Q. How Much Weight Can I Expect To Lose In A Month?
This varies significantly from person to person. The results may vary depending on factors such as how effectively you follow the diet, if there is any physical activity or no in your routine, is there any medical condition attached or not. Besides weight loss, every body has its own tendencies. One may reduce more in inches than in kgs or vice versa, depending on the body's tendency.
Q. Do You Suggest Any Supplements/Pills/Medicines For Weight Loss?
I don't believe in any supplements/medicines or any other artificial way to lose weight as these things do have side effects in the long term. So, it is all food and diet only that I would be prescribing.
Q. Will I Feel Weakness By Following The Diet?
My idea is not just to help you shed those extra kilos, but also to improve your health status. For this, I will be taking good care of your nutritional intake by giving you a minimum 4 to 5 meals throughout the day, keeping your metabolism boosted and making you feel more energized
Q. Is It Necessary To Do Any Workout With The Diet?
A weight loss is 80% because of the diet, and 20 % because of the workout. Moreover, as I said that I will be motivating you towards a healthier lifestyle, so some basic workout be it in the form of Walk, Yoga, Gym, Aerobics etc. is important as majorly all of us have sedentary lifestyle these days. Workout keeps our metabolism boosted and also speeds up the weight loss/fat loss program.
Q. Can you provide a sample or trial diet plan?
All the diet plans are personalized and customized as per individual requirements, medical history, body analysis, and lifestyle. Therefore we don't provide you any sample diet plan.
Q. What about my doubts/queries, if I need to change my diet plans?
You may WhatsApp your doubts/queries to us or leave a message here. We would love to assist you in any matter.
Q. What if I have any physical difficulties and can't do any exercise.
Yes, there are many people with health and physical difficulties who can not exercise, but still they will get results because All the diet plans are personalized and customized as per individual requirements, medical history ,body analysis, and lifestyle.
Q. Are there any video sessions for workouts?
​No, I design suitable training plans and send written plans. Reference videos are shared as needed.
